Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing OKLA! We appreciate your trust in our brand and our commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable clothing. We understand that online shopping can bring up concerns about fit, product quality, and exchange options, so we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply use the prepaid return shipping label included in your order. You’ll need your Order # and the Email Address linked to your order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

Return/Exchange Policy Terms & Conditions:

  • If you spend $75 or more on your order, returns and exchanges are free within the USA. For orders under $75, exchanges for different sizes or products are free, but returns for a refund will have up to $7.99 deducted for return shipping. International orders must cover all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes services like USPS Priority, UPS Ground, and 2nd Day Air (exchanges are exempt).
  • All returns/exchanges must occur within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn. Return packages must be mailed within 21 days of requesting or receiving a return label, or the label will be voided.
  • The extended return/exchange period for holiday purchases (November 1 - December 14) is until January 15. Purchases after December 14 adhere to the standard 30-day return window.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at our headquarters.
  • If we can’t fulfill an exchange or replace an item, we may issue a gift card, credit, or refund at our discretion, depending on inventory levels.
  • Exchanges not received within 30 days of approval will be canceled.
  • Returns/exchanges that include a hat must be returned in a box. Hats not returned in a box will be rejected, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Returns/exchanges with pet hair, human hair, deodorant stains, dirt, or sweat stains will be rejected. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • If your return is linked to an order with a “free item with $X order” promotion, the free item must be included if the return reduces your order total below the promotional threshold. This applies only to refunds, not exchanges. If the free item is not returned, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
